To allow our clients to pay their invoices conveniently and efficiently, we offer a new, secure method of online payment through our updated client portal. To pay online, please follow the instructions below to gain access to your new client portal that allows access to invoices, your patient's medical records, and the ability to make online payments. Westgate Client Portal
- ) All clients will need to set-up a new account on the client portal when they attempt to login for the first time. In order to associate your account with your file at the clinic, please be sure to use the same email and contact information that we have on file for you. After registering, you should see your account and pet information. If you don’t see information about your pets, the system has likely created a new account for you and you will need to contact the clinic for support.
*Please note: We are still in the process of correcting how some medical reminders carried over from our previous system. If you review your patient’s reminders (Standards of Care) and information appears off or missing, please know that we are currently updating that information. We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition.
- ) After logging into your account, you’ll find a dashboard that shows all of your pet’s information and any outstanding invoices listed on the main page. Any balances due at this time can be paid by clicking the credit card shaped icon to the right of a specific invoice, or by clicking “Pay all outstanding invoices”. Further detail can be found on any invoice by clicking on it or downloading the full invoice.
*Please note: Invoices that were converted over from our previous software will show as a zero-balance due and will have a separate invoice that represents the total balance due on our account at the time of our conversation. Invoices generated on or after 5/27 will show up normally.
- ) After clicking the pay icon, you’ll be taken to a PayPal screen. Online payment through our portal is powered through PayPal. You do not have to register for an account with them. To pay, you will just need to click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. From there you’ll be able to confirm the amount you’re paying at the top of the screen and enter your billing information. A receipt will be emailed you to after payment goes through. If you encounter difficulties, please contact the clinic for further assistance.
